Worst service. Every time I have been here something had gone wrong, they would either say your order is not in their system, give you the wrong thing, and try to justify the wrong order, and they would not let you scan your rewards nor try to fix it. Aggressive attitudes and long wait. Bad management. Very unpleasant experiences.

I was not even greeted, not even from the cashier taking my order. The order was mostly correct on the ticket, but that was, by far, the worst Carmel Frappuccino I've ever had in my life. The heavy cream was not substituted for the milk but rather poured in at the end. I also had to ask for the Carmel drizzle on top, which was also on the ticket along with Carmel drizzle in the cup. And all I kept getting were "looks" from the serving staff.

This is one of the worst Starbucks in the greater Lafayette area. They're constantly out of everything. And they will automatically adjust your drinks to save themselves money. I usually order a matcha, and a grande matcha latte has 3 scoops of matcha. Whenever I order in person, they reduce it to 1 scoop without my knowledge. This has happened multiple times. I noticed it tasted really watered down, and only realized what they had done when I checked my app. Sure enough, the drink was adjusted to 1 scoop every time I ordered at the register. Go anywhere else for your coffee.

The app algorithm is so messed up. Expect to wait hours. The employees move at a glacial speed and don't care about the customers - actively avoiding interacting with them. After waiting an hour, I asked for a refund because I could not wait any longer and the employee said "he needed to do something else before issuing me a refund". I stood at the counter for another 8 minutes and then HAD to leave. This doesn't even deserve 1 star.

no one here knows how to correctly make a shaken espresso they over shake it so much that they can't even fill the cup up so i pay for a venti but with the foam i basically get a grande

I love going to this Starbucks! Perfect place to take an afternoon break from work. I love how I can use the tunnels from Young Hall to get to Starbucks without having to deal with the elements. Very accessible for my wheelchair and accommodating for my disability. The staff are friendly and work very hard and I don't believe they get enough credit. I enjoy their Pike Place flavor!
