I love going to this Starbucks as it’s very conveniently on campus. The employees are always very nice, however, when the manager works she comes off as very rude and makes the entire store’s energy off-putting. I’ve seen her be snippy at both employees and customers and I have honestly considered leaving while in line before.

The manager of this location was extremely rude to her employees and customers. I ordered two venti-sized drinks. After my friend and I waited 40 minutes for our drinks, the manager yelled my name for my drinks and had a grande and venti drink. When I tried to correct her and reason with her, she started to yell at me and tell me I was wrong and had to pay for a new drink. Severely understaffed and when asked why the line is so long to order drinks, we were told that they weren't taking orders and the girl even smirked at us. Everyone in the line ended up leaving. Go to the starbucks on third street. They don't push away their customers
