My son wanted breakfast. I ordered 2 breakfast crunch wrap meals. The young lady at the window and the manager was so funny. Very professional and friendly!!! If I could give them 10 stars ? I would definitely give it to these 2 ladies!!!

As I sit in the drive-thru at 1:40 in the morning and I see a six-car lineup wondering how long it's going to take to get my food. I start to see multiple cars leave the line as they've been waiting so long for their food or even just to order their food. I've tried giving this place a chance multiple times and have consistently had to wait over an hour for even the simplest of orders. This will be the last time I ever go to this Taco Bell. Just for reference for anyone else who ever tries to go here they also lie to upper management by "completing" orders on time and then finishing the food for the actual customers an hour later. Making an order should not take more than 15 minutes per customer so I don't even know how they managed to take so long to make just a simple taco.

I am honestly impressed at how slow this taco bell is. I do not think I have waited less than 30 minutes for my food here and that’s being generous. The employees are astronomically slow and get the order incorrect about 50% of the time. I have gone through the drive through where they have told me they’re not taking orders because they’re too backed up but they don’t have more than 10 cars in the drive through and the inside is closed. I thought it would be faster to pickup inside the restaurant but I watched an employee take over 10 minutes to make a singular burrito. This is horrible service and has been going on for far too long.

I have been here 2 days in a row for lunch break. I never had time to get lunch. Day 1 ordered then waited 12 minutes ,had to leave. Day 2 waited 15min never a chance to order. Clearly there's a problem. Taco Bell knows what they need to do ! It has been 4yrs since I ordered from this location I guess I will give up .

Absolutely horrible location. I have ordered delivery multiple times and every time they have more than disappointed me wi the the lack of detail in bagging orders and poor customer service quality. They have on multiple occasions just missed items in the bag and or replaced items on free will without asking or letting the customer know. As a tack bell customer of 5 years across multiple locations in the US, this is an utter disappointment to me to see how disgusting this locations service quality is and the level of shame this brings to the Taco Bell franchise and am insulted with the existence of their location. I genuinely feel that Taco Bell should shut this location down and or rework its management as this is ridiculous.

Long drive through line, so went inside. 1/2 he wait for food. Ordered 2 chicken cantinas burritos. Got them home and no chicken inside, just beans and rice. $20 wasted.

I don't get why ordering online is even a thing, especially after 11:00 PM. When I showed up, the lobby was locked, and there were zero signs telling me what to do. I still had to wait in line to get my food, even though I already paid for it online and it said it was ready. Then, today, Sunday, March 17th, the lady (young yt women) at the drive-thru was super rude. All I wanted to know was where to pick up my food since I already paid for it online. But instead of helping, she just yelled at us that we were good to drive up to the window, without specifying which one. Mind you, there is an entire line of cars waiting, so we're confused. And when we asked again, she rudely yelled to stay in line. She didn't explain anything properly, and she was just plain rude and unhelpful. Horrible customer service and a lack of directions on behalf of the restaurant too. Almost an hour wait and then they want to sugar coat it with coupons ?.

DO NOT COME HERE!!!!This is the worst taco bell I have ever had the displeasure of going to.In my hometown, I would go to Taco Bell often. It's good, cheap, and fast food. How I miss that privilege.Only go here if you don't mind waiting around for an hour for your food, no matter how busy they are, you will be waiting atleast 30 minutes. I have no clue how management here is so horrendous, but they are.You'd think they're back there slaughtering and preparing the cow as well as growing their vegetables and baking their tortillas, but they are not as far as I'm aware.I have lived in the Lafayette area for 3 years, and I used to have taco bell atleast once a week, but I've had it here maybe 4 times because of how pitiful the service is. Really saddening.

There's this one guy named Sean , he is a awesome manager and can be . This guy needs a raise and needs more help to keep a successful restaurant busy . The only thing I don't like about this place is it's always about fast food and high turnover rate and doesn't pay maternity leave. All other places do that too especially warehouse factories too... This economy we live in definitely needs to do something for the stay at home born and raised female moms and maledads. Misleading economy we live in . I rather see monks than Pentagram necklaces...Kid-friendliness: Helping and growing and building a family place

Paid for sour cream and didn't get asked for fire sauce got Diablo got Fiesta potatoes only had 4 potatoes and cheese. Frozen drinks wernt avaliable. And the lady with a pentagram necklace was to busy on her phone to make sure orders were correct. Emailed taco bell and never received email back. Definitely will not recommend and will not be spending money here again taco bell has became the worst fast food chain. Get it together
