We appreciate how hard everyone is working. We came in this evening to pick up pizzas for dinner. They had a crazy amount of Doordashers, GrubHub, and other food delivery services walking in constantly, on top of regular customers. Everybody working was working so hard, and we just want to let you know that we appreciate it! We are fairly frequent customers, and things are always great. Thank you!
I attempted to order a pizza online, got an error and called the store. I had a discount code and was told he wouldn’t accept it via phone. I eventually got my order to work online and called after an hour bc the tracking status was still “making”. He told me he is not going to make the pizza (no notification) and that he will NOT issue my refund (for a service that was not provided).
