Not sure why this restaurant doesn't have a better review score other than maybe they are so busy offering a quality dining experience maybe they aren't actively begging for reviews like other establishments....refresshing really to not have reviews begged for. Restaurant has a cool, relaxed, yet elegant dining room, bar and outdoor patio. We loved the menu choices. I chose straight up spaghetti and meatballs. My husband chose Lasagne. We also had bread, Ceasars Salad and the most amazing strawberry cheese cake, on shortbread crust, with thin white chocolate coating and strawberry crumbs on top. Everything was just delicious. Pizzas came out and looked out of this world. Everything is made in house. They have a food manager checking food and handing to delivers. Servers have assistants to keep water filled, table clean. We felt pricing was fair for what we received. Will definately be back.

This is an upscale dining experience. The staff are ultimate professionals and some of the best in the business.

Went to Cinzetti's because I was already going to the zoo and it was there. In hindsight, I would go to the zoo because I was already going to Cinzetti's and it was there. Best meatball sandwiches in town! They make their own marinara sauce and you can taste it. You also must try the cannoli's. They hand craft each one with cream made from scratch. They are perfectly sweet and creamy.

We made a reservation for our Anniversary (24-02-18) after looking at some online reviews in the area we were staying in Miami. SO happy we chose here to celebrate our anniversary! The atmosphere was very inviting, busy yet flowing with a full dining room. Our waiter Andreu was very welcoming asking us if we were there for a special occasion. With our anniversary he provided us each with a glass of champagne! He explained the dinner specials and even brought us a taste of one of the appetizers called Fiocchi Rapers – filled pasta with cheese and pear, with crispy prosciutto and creamy truffle sauce. So delicious! We decided on 2 entrees, the Lasagna Bolognese, and the Crab Ravioli. Absolutely, hands down, some of the best pasta dishes we’ve ever eaten!

She was a young, very pretty brunette! We wish we remembered her name, so we could request her on our next visit! It wasn't Tosh who we had before! Great job Giovanni's!
The server was friendly, especially to my kids. The bus boy was so polite, kind and had great mannerisms, I wish I got his name but he should be a server. The food tasted great. The only small thing that I didn't like is that with the bread they used to give oil. We had to ask for it then when we asked for the seasoning for it they said they don't have anymore.

Dietary restrictions: Not only is Crispellis EXcellent pizza, they offer vegan cheese (because those of us with cheese allergies Miss pizza!!!). You could bump that advantage up by offering others like provolone and smoked gouda(vioLife), trader joes almond mozarella and any of the Diaya brand - they've come a long way in flavor and melting.
Parking: A large lot in front, but a side lot for take out orders
Ok so we’ve dined at Old Scratch Troy location about 6 times since it’s opened. Waited a bit to give them time to really get in their groove. While I do recommend the place. Pizza is good, staff is nice (especially Amanda at the bar) and shareables are tasty. That said I would like to see the food’s taste be a little more consistent. My favorite dish is the fire roasted cauliflower but sadly it hasn’t been prepared the same way twice with the last two times it was barely seasoned at all once it was almost raw. Hopefully as training continues they will fix that issue.

Delicious pizza, beer available but I prefer Coca-Cola… Your basic pepperoni pizza is called “the americano”. They have salads, but I never had it. They have crushed red peppers for your pizza that is a bit spicier than what you get elsewhere. They usually have soccer on the tv’s inside, but it’s not loud. I highly recommend this place.

Local Gem We live a 15 minute stroll from Mangoni's Italian Market, but at "feels like" temps hovering around 105°, strolling to lunch hasn't been as attractive ? Sunday, hubby wanted a relaxing lunch with sangria! So, we drove (& charged our EV in the parking garage). We had the entire patio to ourselves, as diners likely expected unbearable heat. Mangoni's pergola and great ceiling fans made patio dining the experience we wanted---even when the afternoon storm blew up from the west, we were protected from rain. We enjoyed our favorite, GF goat cheese pizza, with our sangria. Unlike most places, Mangoni's GF crust is an excellent, thin cauliflower crust. And, it’s not an upcharge. We also enjoyed meeting Georgia, the regional manager, who chatted with us about the social hour (11-6pm weekdays). She made a GF garlicky cheesy Flatbread for us to try--now we have more reason to stroll (or drive) over! Oh, and take away is a frequent option. Really, Mangoni's is a local gem.

Chicken Marsala

Wow!!! This restaurant is a must go! From my initial email to purchasing a giftcard on our way out, my husband and I had the best date night while on vacation! Every staff member we interacted with was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. 10/10 recommend!!!!!

We visited for the first time the food was amazing! On top of that the service was great as well! Will definitely be going again.
Update.. most recent visit was not good. Every dish tastes like it's made exactly the same and heated to truck stop perfection. The tables were extremely wobbly and were child size... sad to say I like it a year ago and it has already went down hill.
