“Stopped through earlier today for lunch. Went through the drive thru and Samantha who took our order was very friendly and helpful. Got everything that we order. Had to park to side while they worked on our order, but do understand that the larger orders can take a bit longer and wait time was in no way excessive.“
“****Disclaimer ****I only ho through the drive thru. I only eat a few things at Spangles. I am not a fan of their burgers as I do not think they have flavor. But I do like their gyros and sourdough steak & cheese. I feel they have the best fries in the city. The food I get is always hot and fresh. The staff is not overly friendly but they talk enough to make sure your order is in. I rated this a 5 based on my drive thru experience with a steak, egg & cheese sammie.“
“We stopped in here while we were in town, the gentlemen up front greeted us right away. Helped me tease my husband for leaving me to pay ?Also helped me ensure I was able to get what I wanted. My only comment is the bathroom was a bit in the icky side. Otherwise everything else was great! Thank You“
“The only reason that this service got five stars is because of a Young Man by the name of Bradley. He made my entire experience at your restaurant absolutely amazing!! The manager on duty was more concerned about breaking down boxes and having a smoke break then she was to be inside. I went outside three or four times while I was visiting this location and every time I went out there she was outside smoking. Doesn't show good representation when she did come inside when I was getting ready to leave she had a nasty attitude. I just want to say Bradley thank you so very much for being so professional and so sweet and so amazingly helpful. :-)“
“I used to work at this establishment back in the mid 90's and it's still a great place to grab something quick. The management is a lot better than it was back then and I have had nothing but a pleasant experience there every time I've been there.“
“Andover Middle School recently held our annual Pledge Drive to raise funds for our school. One of the incentives for students was a Sonic drink of their choice delivered to school during lunch. When Sonic heard about our fundraiser, not only did they provide someone in a Sonic drink costume for our kick-off assembly, but the donated all of the incentive drinks for FREE to our students! They also provided us with coupons for students and countless Sonic bling for us to use in our giveaways. “The service was great! The facilities and atmosphere were pretty good. I chose to get "The Beast" sandwich. It was very filling and tasted ok. I feel like with the amount of toppings that I put on the sandwich, there should've been more flavor and taste.“
“It was nice to have a person at the counter. They do have 2 kiosks for ordering but also a live person. May not mean much to most people but being old school I prefer a person. Kiosks takes a ton of time, size of drink frys pickle onion. If I order #1 that's what I want. Store was clean and fast service.“
“Accidentally got cold fries went back and Jessica made it right by dropping some new fries into the fryer for me I really appreciate her and the initiative she took to make it right she even offered a complimentary drink, though I politely refused it as these things happen you definitely need more people like her.“
“Still my go to Pizza for carry-out or delivery. I'm marking the atmosphere down because the prices have gotten higher thant I think is reasonable - paid over $30 for a couple of medium specialty pizzas for carry out the other day. This is another company that makes you work too hard to find discounts that should just be part of a better pricing model.“
