“Stopped by this Spangles Sunday for lunch. It's been a while since I had Spangles. But they never disappoint. The food is always fresh and hot. Anytime you're asked to pull forward and wait, you know your food will be fresh. Spangler always has the nicest employees, too; not just this one in Derby but anytime I visit their restaurants.“
“The food was good. The issue I had was actually with the website. When I put in an online order, it displayed products that were no longer available, one of which I ordered. The restaurant called me and didn't have an easy way to refund the money I'd already paid. There's a special phone number you have to call... red tape, which is a corporate problem, not a location problem. The manager was very helpful and replaced the SANDWICH I ordered with a MEAL of my choice. I would recommend the Derby Arby's based on the food and excellent service, but would only order in person so that you don't run the risk of paying for something the location cannot provide.“
“I was in the drive though, at around 2:00, and it went pretty quickly, and there was not much to complain about. I was just given a faulty straw; that's about it. “Taco tico is one of my favorite places for fast food tex mex. The super deluxe nacho is some of the best nachos around. Love the fried flour tacos and beans and cheese burritos. Way better than Taco Bell. Sometimes I find things in taco bell food that I cannot identify and after the bright pink stuff in a rice and beans burrito, I will never go back to Taco Bell in my lifetime.“
“Italian #13 on rosemary parm with extra meat is enough for 2-3 people. Always my favorite... Subway, Firehouse Subs, Jimmy Johns, and Mr. Goodcents could never compete with such a great sandwich place. In fact they could learn a few great things from Jersey Mike's.“
“The latest great sandwich spot of Derby, just north of Rock and Patriot Avenue. This fine chain has some superb hot sandwiches so this location is highly welcomed, especially for being a quick drive for all at McConnell Air Force Base. For my fist visit, the sandwiches were awesome, service was fantastic, and the dining area was spaciously set up with a great visual tribute to firefighters. I highly recommend this Firehouse Subs.“
“The young lady on duty (Emily) had only one very new person to help her while being overrun with mobile, drive through, and lobby orders. Even with all that stress she kept her cool and remained polite with her coworker and customers. Please help her be recognized as the valuable asset that she is.“
“On Thursday February 27 my husband and I went to Subway on Madison Avenue in Derby Ks. about 7:30 p.m.We were served by Ty (Jones I think.) He very pleasantly informed us that he was sorry but the store was out of bread. He said they still had flat bread, wraps, salads and two sliders which we took. After us two other gentlemen came in one ordered one left. But Ty treated them both with the same pleasant and respectable attitude.“
“C.J was an amazing server. He was going around refilling peoples drinks, taking customers trays, cleaning tables right when customer's left. I was sitting there while my son was playing in the play area and I had half of a wrap left over, he asked if I wanted a bag for my wrap or an ice water while I waited for my son to finish up playing. You never see that type of amazing service at a fast food restaurant.“
