Friendly, informative, patient Drive Thru staff. There are not DQ close by so it's a treat when I stop. Wish DQ nationally would get the MGMT, Marketing, updated & well maintained equipment, supply chain issues, financial backing they need to return to their original small towns. Community involvement is a WIN-WIN. Small towns w/all their youth sports & activities yr round are target population. Middle School & HS traveling teams could order ahead so you're not slammed, have time to adequately prepare.“

We eat at a lot of different restaurants around Kansas, and this is one of the best small town diners I have ever been to. It’s clean, the owners and staff are super friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere and decor is great and the food is so good. I had The Reuben sandwich for Lunch the first day, and it was built right on the grill. ?. We went back a second day. I had the chicken, apple pecan salad and a freshly made bierock that was sooooo good. Highly recommend If you are ever in Towanda Kansas, you eat at Thunderbird's.“
