They hire young adults (this shouldn't be a surprise) and sometimes you get the young adult employee experience, but it's important to treat them with kindness as for some this is their first venture into the job world. The owner is a really friendly guy with fantastic customer service skills and attitude, he works fast, cares for the customers, and isn't afraid to jump in and get to work when it gets busy.
