“Stopped by to get subs for supper. A young girl with red hair waited on my boyfriend. The young girl was the only one out front working her butt off. The other 2 workers were hiding in the back doing nothing. She apologized for the wait. My boyfriend gave her a tip for her hard work. To the other workers you could have gotten this tip if you weren't hiding from doing your job. I hope management sees this review“
“There was a girl working who had clocked out but she stayed to help the new kid on his first day. Subway, I hope ur paying attention to the staff at Fredonia's store. You have people working there who are going above and beyond the call of duty.“

“I only go here because of Diana in the morning. I've watched how messed up this company is for months and the conditions she works under including drug addicts that are high at work. The entire restraunt has been a mess at 6 am and I've witnessed her having to work through pilled up trash and a truck load of boxes with just her alone. I will say thank you to your for turning me onto such a great person. Hopefully she follows my advise will be working for me. Your company should have seen what you had.“

“Enjoyed lunch here with my husband. Love the fact this one has buffet now. When you are keto and they don't make crustless Pizza bowls. You know cz you see a pile of discarded pizza crust on the plates.Dietary restrictions: I'm keto, so I don't eat carbs or sugar for health reasons. We found out today that no pizza place in chanute makes crustless Pizza like others do for us.“

“We just went thru the drive thru and got fries and a mocha frappe but did give a special order on the fries. Staff was so nice and friendly! And the order was just how we asked! It's exceptional in my book when you ask for something special.and they do it right AND with a great attitude!! Lovin it!!“

“Dbl cheese was good. Skimpy a bit on the tots.Car hop didn't have ketchup....so was compelled to RUN back inside...making diners feel guilty..Increasing face time to the customer (inconvenience, food cannot be eaten while hot, as we are waiting for a typical topping...) to hopefully increase chances of a tip, and increasing the amount as well.This is typical in AMATEUR food service training. But having 6 years as a waiter in experience, it can backfire.Making the customer feel guilty, wait to eat food, uncomfortable because they have inconvenienced the server, slow down service to next customer for important stuff: LIKE FOOD, for the sake of 8 packs of condiments, for two orders of tator tots, which wastes store money. I only took 4 from her hand. Reduce through the course of the shift the number of customers the server can serve, thereby reducing tip volume opportunity. Making the server appear unprepared. ( what else are they unprepared about???? Like washing hands after the toilette?). M aking the server run ragged over 10 cents worth of product. Thereby making the server feel as if what they do adds little value of presentation to customer. Or maybe the server was poorly trained?? Back to the toilette question comes to mind.If the company implements my suggestions, by the way, I am available for consulting work.
