“Ordered with Uber eats and got the wrong food.. but i spoke with Matt and he literally went above and beyond offered me a credit and once i explained i lived in Texas and was just passing thru he then offered to mail me a refund. I realize i got the wrong food but the service alone the amount of concern put into just trying to make me happy is what deserves 5 stars. This is literally the best customer service I’ve ever received from a restaurant and not to be shady but it’s just a wing stop.GREAT SERVICE!!!!“

“Still my favorite pizza! For a couple visits after this carryout location opened, their pizza seemed a little more mediocre... but something changed last year, and they've been excellent ever since. The pan pizza crust is a dollar upcharge, but absolutely worth it - and the "tastemaker" deal in the app continues to be a good value.“

“The service was most excellent! I was completely surprised I didn't have to repeat myself while giving my order. She was very nice and polite and their service was excellent! My food got to my house quickly and the food was hot and tasted great! Awesome job Pizza Hut!“

“Only been to this location twice so far. First time it was for lunch. No issues. Great experience. Second time was on Thursday of the first Chiefs game of the season. There were 30+ people waiting in the lobby and our name wasn’t even on the cooking wait list yet. Seems like their system doesn’t have any limit on orders and they were clearly overwhelmed. We Just grabbed a refund and got out of there. The employees were nice and working their hardest but just couldn’t keep up with the obscene amount of orders that all seemed they were for the same time slot. They should probably have a max amount of orders per 15 minute time slot that are allowed in the system.“

“We,ve haded had pizza Hut 4ever. & when we seen neighbor guy getting pizza delivered .I was ordering that nite.bc I was told they don't no more uugg someone told me Wrong ?? But now happier. When I ordered it .I missed the flavor so much I forgot how it tasted. Super Good ??. & only took 30 mins. During day b4 super bowel Yeah . “Ordered spinach Alfredo pizza and it was amazing! I modified the toppings and the swap was perfect, I appreciate the care that was put into making my pizza. I had a rough morning at work, and having this delicious food over lunch break helped lift my spirits and carry me through the rest of the day.“

“Order carry-out from here on a recent Saturday and had no issues. I placed my order online and it was ready before I got there - but was still hot and fresh. I ordered 4 pizzas, a Papadia, and the new Twix bites. No one had any complaints about the pizza and everything tasted pretty good. The staff was friendly enough and the store wasn't dirty. Overall, I have no complaints and would order here again. And maybe we just got more lucky than some of the other negative reviews.“

“I was having issues with the app as i frequently due. Stopped into this dominos to pick up 6 pizzas for a 7 years olds birthday party. I could only get $6.99 said i could only do online. Again app wouldn't work. Then got it to work and wouldn't let me pay cash at the store cause order was over $40. Store employee went above and beyond to help me. I didn't get her name but she was pregnant and I did tip her well. Shout out to Basehor Dominos. Your store and the Pittsburgh Kansas store rock. Best customer service. Overland Park location at 110th could use some lessons in customer service.“

“Pictures on the walls are faded. The lobby was acceptably clean but the restroom was gross. Neither would have passed the white glove test, that when I worked at a KFC we had often (and passed every one and still have the pins given tous). Don't know if they still have white glove test but they should. I always wonder what the kitchen looks like when the restroom is not taken care of. But I will say for 2:00 in the afternoon the chicken was hot and fresh and was delicious. Ordered 16 Piece all dark of original recipe, when I went in I expected I would have to wait for it to be cooked or leftover from lunch and dried out that was not the case I was very pleased with the chicken. Service was good for the time of day and training a new employee but for the 6 person little rush and only 1 register they worked efficiently and wait was short.“
