They had the phone off so they couldn't take orders. Seemed like they didn't care when i arrived to order and said something about it not working. Food was what you expect. And for being take out only, they charge you extra for the take out.

Only been to this location twice so far. First time it was for lunch. No issues. Great experience. Second time was on Thursday of the first Chiefs game of the season. There were 30+ people waiting in the lobby and our name wasn’t even on the cooking wait list yet. Seems like their system doesn’t have any limit on orders and they were clearly overwhelmed. Why is there a charge for carry out...how is this different from EVERY SINGLE food establishment in the country. There is no seating inside, why are you charging only to have people sit and wait in the tiny waiting area.That said, this place DOES have excellent employees. I've picked up multiple orders late at night and every time I am greeted by name with an accurate order. Nice work bdubs!
