Nothing like it used to be. Horrible service, none talkative, somewhat rude kid running front counter.I really miss the old long John’s Silver’s

Never tried the Long Silver food but A&W alone I enjoy. You will have to wait a while longer for your food and have surprisingly good ice cream.

Me and my friends were famished and came here to eat. They were OUT of burgers...it also just so happened that they were also out of lids for the drinks. There was no apologies for any of this and the service was slim to none. Food was not organized and half of our order of fries were cheese things? Didn't order that. One meal was also missing a chicken strip. We also didn't appreciate how the chicken and fries were friend in the fish oil.Just finished eating, someone found a hair in their food. Will not be coming back.

I ordered a hamburger and a "Famous Cheese Coney." This would be a 1 star review if it weren't for the hamburger, it was great and all of the veggies were very good and fresh. When it came to the cheese coney I was less than impressed. It was very overcooked and tough. I will go back for the burger though.

We went in at 8:00 PM on Saturday night (Store closes at 9:00 PM). All the chairs were up on the tables. I have Celiac Disease, so I have cannot have anything battered, so I intended on having Salmon. I ordered Salmon, was told the grill had already been turned off. So I asked for grilled shrimp, no because the grill was off. My husband asked, so not even burgers (A&W/Long John store), nope the grill was off. OK...then I guess I'll have french fries. There was 4 of us, and 2 of the 4 orders were incorrect. My fries were good.

Come on. I am so sick of restaurants relying on the laziness they learned during the covid nonsense and just randomly closing their dining room because...they don't want to work or something? From out of town and forced to go through drive through rather than sit down. Took an eternity to get our food and it wasn't even good. Seeing as we don't have a ljs in our town, it was real disappointing

Great place to meet up, but it was closed. There was plenty of other places to eat though.

This is a very good Long John Silver's. Considering how big the crowd was, it was an overall great dining experience. The food was excellent, plus the staff was very friendly and efficient. Very nice!Vegetarian options: If you are a vegetarian, your options will be very Limited here.Kid-friendliness: Our grandkids loved eating here.Wheelchair accessibility: There seems to be adequate wheelchair accessibility.

Another franchise that could be halfway decent but was abandoned to a bunch of kids because nobody wants to work anymore and the guy that owns this franchise isn't interested in training them properly. Greasy greasy greasy! If you were to squeeze all the grease from my fish fillet and chicken tender and fries, you could probably fill your car crankcase up with oil and go down the road. It's that bad! To top it off, my partner had a cheeseburger and the bun was burnt and they used the very end of the tomato and a big dry hunk of onion, you know the kind that when you're peeling it you would throw it in the garbage. I guess with the tourists that come through Dodge City who cares if you're the owner. I won't be back, save your money don't even stop here. Oh by the way the sweet little girl behind the register didn't have a clue. After ordering, I was so frustrated I almost walked out. I should have.
