“I received some of the best customer service this morning around 0900. I spilled my coffee ☕️ all over my feet on my way out. One of the girls immediately assisted me and brought a mop and bucket to help pick up the mess. On top of this , the same girl who cleaned my mess, asked one of the other workers to remake my drink. I stood there and smiled. I could not believe how well this ladies handled this situation and I wanted to thank them.“

“The staff here is exceptionally friendly and the service is extremely fast. We had our order in about 90 seconds after we left the menu board. The coffee is very smooth and not bitter like Starbucks. The mango smoothies are fire and the caramelicious is one of my favorites. This location is great, right off of the Kansas Turnpike. Definitely visit this Scooter's location if you are passing through!“
“I normally go inside and get it to go, mostly because the drive thru is packed. Probably 14 vehicles today, I walked in and out and the same people to lazy to go inside were giving me a dirty look. Not my fault I know how to get in and out, lickety split, too legit to quit. Just use your legs and it's faster ?“
“Food is 7/10 most likely inaccurate. Never fails. Check your bags before leaving the window, or the parking lot.There are times employees informs its residents that the frappe/ice cream machine is down or not working. For many are unaware that the machines actually run off of the internet. So if that really be the case and true, how are your registers and debit card machines still working?! This is most likely due to the fact that whatever manager is on duty probably doesn’t want to deal with or have to clean the machine itself. Being lazy.“
