After being asked for dine in or carry out, we told the hostess "dine in" she said 20 to 30 minutes. We said that was fine. After the said 30 minutes , she asked if we was in line, we said yes. She finally took our name and phone number and said it would be another 20 to 30 minutes. We left. Poor customer service. Will never attempt to go there.

For some reason every time we try to eat here there’s always a 1hr and 15 minute wait. Greeting staff seem like they don’t want you there and apparently they are full with at least 3 open clean tables available. The excuse was there was “a long wait and they are understaffed”

Who ever is the older lady that runs the bar has to change her attitude! Every time I come in and sit at the bar she has a ugly attitude!

Went with family my order was brought out to me burned so nasty it smelt bad asked the waiter to take it back then proceeded to call the manager asked him that my food be free for what was brought out to me he gave me a smart Alex answer “it’s not Christmas”. He needs to be fired white short dude pretty fat has a beard

I ordered a to-go order. Not thrilled at all. I expect to get everything I paid for! I ordered 10 traditional wings and they skimped me on the whole 10 wings. The wings were not fresh, they barely had any sauce on them at all. The potato wedges I ordered as a side were soggy and cold. I paid for extra sauces so I could dip my wedges in and did not get any of the sauces. This isn’t the 1st time they do this. Which is why I rarely order from here but I was in the mood for wings so I said why not. Never will I order from this establishment again. They gyp you everytime, I expect to get what I paid for!

Had a great meal and when our salads were missed, we were taken care of by our waitress (missed her name!) and manager Charlie. Great meal with our youth group kids!

Walked in and put name on the list for one. Two families of 4 and a couple of guys checked in after me. They ALL got seated and I was still standing there waiting. Three people left the bar and places were cleaned up and still was not offered a seat. I left and will NEVER try this location again!

Good chain restaurant, food is what you would expect from a Buffalo Wild Wings. For whatever reason you are always forced to wait for 45 minutes to be seated despite numerous tables always open, and wait staff hanging around doing nothing.
