Ok, about a week or so ago, I ordered a medium and a large Philly cheese steak pizza neither of them were delivered. Ordered a couple items and the pizza itself was good but we had to rewarm it as it wasn't hot. We also ordered the new wings they had out and those were AWFUL! I specifically asked for them to be double cooked and they still came with zero crisp to them. They had a rubbery chewy texture to them and they were cold as well and they quality of the wings weren't great either. Delivery guy was awesome and apologized for taking a little time. If wings were better and food was warm, 5 star for sure. Will try again
I didn’t receive my extra sauces with my Doordash order, but I called and spoke with the store and they brought them to me!! Awesome!!!

By far the worse customer service ordered it around 9 after 10 still didn't get my pizza called to complain and the manager was rude and hung up on me

The gal working the front counter was totally carrying the customer service load for everyone else in the place. She was genuinely apologizing to me and other customers, and explaining that they were just slammed with orders and were turning out pizzas as fast as possible.They seemed to be woefully unequipped for such a load too, as I was waiting for probably a good 30 minutes or so, but it helped that this gal - whose name I didn't get - kept giving updates and kept apologizing.She even expressed her appreciation for everyone's wait (to each person individually as we got out pizzas), and I made sure that she knew I appreciated her hard work, which she surely isn't getting paid enough for at a pizza joint. In fact, she should probably be running the place.Anyway, that's my two cents. Take it for what it's worth ;-)
