Went through the drive-thru and got our food. Realized we hadn't got our frosties and had to drive back through again. Them instead of a frosty they gave me and iced coffee that I had not ordered and one of the other frosties was the wrong kind. Instead of telling us at the drive-thru speaker that they did not have certain things, they tried to substitute with something else. I was hungry for chili, and I will say Wendy’s has great chili. I also grabbed a spicy chicken sandwich and ordered a drink, but didn’t get anything to drink.The machine was out of pretty much everything. Service was bad. Chicken ranch wrap had no ranch. 15 to 20 minutes wait to get waited on. They were all at drive three 6 to 8 people huddled over there. We were the only ones in line to order in lobby.
