Wendy's is quite, relaxing establishment. The service is good, the food was good. Sometimes I just sit and watch videos on my phone after I eat, just because the place is so relaxing.

I've had perfectly fine experiences here, but the bad experiences really overshadow the fine ones. Most recently, they didn't tell me they were out of toys (would have been nice to have a heads up), they forgot to give me drinks before pulling up to wait, so the guy had to go back in for drinks (but still not the milk for the kids meal). My burger was ordered with no pickles or onion (didn't even come on the sandwich to begin with), and it came with both. When I called to let them know they were not doing their best, the manager hung up on me.

I was hungry for chili, and I will say Wendy’s has great chili. I also grabbed a spicy chicken sandwich and ordered a drink, but didn’t get anything to drink.The machine was out of pretty much everything. With several options, appearing on the touchscreen, only two or three drink options were available.I told one of the people behind the counter, they said okay then went about their conversation as if it could wait.I simply don’t understand the poor customer service that I find everywhere today. If a customer is missing something or needing anything, you should stop what you’re doing, stop everything, and take care of the customer in front of you.I love their chili, but I won’t be going back. Absolutely fantastic food, but as a pain, I won’t be treated as if I’m not the one paying everybody’s bills in that building.Employers don’t pay employees, customers pay the employees. Employers simply sign checks, the important person is the one across from you at the register.I’ll miss the Big Bacon Classics, I’ll miss the spicy chicken sandwiches, and most of all I will miss Wendy’s chili.

I ordered a junior bacon cheeseburger biggie bag and it did not come with everything that I ordered. For example I only got two nuggets, the fries were completely empty and the junior bacon cheeseburger didn't even have the bacon or lettuce it was just like a cheeseburger. I also requested a side of cheese sauce and they always forget to give me the cheese sauce. Their service is always bad there's a lady yelling across the Wendy's any time I go. Every time I try to give them another chance it's terrible.
Allergic to dairy specifically told them and they give me dairy. I can die..
