Customer service is okay, nothing over the top friendly-wise; but not rude, pushy, etc. love the look of the truck: the colors, the flashy LED lights, and the awning size set up to the side of truck is enough to keep you dry if it's raining and there is one small table to "dine-in" if you wish. They made suggestions when placing the order did follow up during the weeks leading up to the day… handled a few last minute specialty request and knocked it out of the park!!! The food was the talk of the event and still is buzzing… Did I mention they did all this on a zero degrees morning yes freezing temps and not one complaint or missed issue….
