My daughter and I were hungry and she recommended this food truck as being really good. She was spot on with the idea.Service was very friendly but a little bit of a language barrier - no worries; do your best, try to order In Spanish and expand your horizons! Taqueria is my go-to on the Tuesday drive home. Kansas City has a long list of great Mexican restaurants but there is something special about stopping at a Taco stand and getting fresh tacos (and burritos, tortas, and tamales). The food arrives hot and fresh and the people working at the stand are always nice. It is a popular place for people to stop around mealtime so make sure you have time to wait if needed. This is a great place. The food I got was freaking delicious. They were out of some of the things I wanted to try, but I imagine they sell a lot, so I won't ding them for that. I'm an out of town trucker. I just decided to take a walk to them.????
