Food is always so good. They always give you plenty of sauces. I've had quesabirrias, street tacos and tamales. All were excellent!

This is a great place. The food I got was freaking delicious. They were out of some of the things I wanted to try, but I imagine they sell a lot, so I won't ding them for that. I'm an out of town trucker. I just decided to take a walk to them.????

My daughter and I were hungry and she recommended this food truck as being really good. She was spot on with the idea.Service was very friendly but a little bit of a language barrier - no worries; do your best, try to order In Spanish and expand your horizons! It's always fresh that way. The food is made to order and takes a few minutes, but that was fine with me. It's a food truck so no dining room, and it was a cold and windy day so we headed back to her house just up the street. She ordered a quesadilla and I ordered a tamale and three street tacos - a tripa, a chorizo, and a cabeza. Or food came with a little cup each of a green salsa and a red salsa and a side of sliced radishes and cucumbers. Mine had lime wedges for the tacos. Her quesadilla looked really good. She warned that the red/orange salsa definitely had some heat and she was right about that too! Both salsas were delicious. My tacos were delicious, but the one that I think was cabeza - meat off of the head of an animal - was a little soft but still tasted great. The tripa was delicious and had a bacony taste. The chorizo was delicious.I did like the fresh veggies and they complemented the meal very nicely.I'm sure I'll be going back to eat there again. A great experience.

Taqueria is my go-to on the Tuesday drive home. Kansas City has a long list of great Mexican restaurants but there is something special about stopping at a Taco stand and getting fresh tacos (and burritos, tortas, and tamales). The food arrives hot and fresh and the people working at the stand are always nice. It is a popular place for people to stop around mealtime so make sure you have time to wait if needed. One time I went there and a whole fire truck (seriously like 8 firefighters) got there right before I did so that took a while to get my food. But it's always worth the wait. Definitely support this local business. You will be glad you did. Of all the food I've eaten there, the asada tacos are my favorite.

If you were in Gardner, and one excellent, authentic Mexican cuisine, visit El Fischer, Taqueria! I had the Birria tacos, and they were amazing. They had the traditional Barbacoa beef, and included this delicious salsa Verde. The service was fast and friendly. They also had your favorite beverages available. My favorite is aqua Horchata. The ambiance remind me at visiting a local favorite place while vacationing in Mexico..
