Audrey is the cake decorator and did an amazing job, and due to the nature of me buying the cake, she brought me to tears with her love and kindness. There is a fund raiser for her family due to home and vehicle loss. Go to the Great Bend Dairy Queen and show this young lady some love.“
“The food is amazing, but Brooke made the meal special. He was so warm and inviting and I could tell he LOVES what Freddy's stands for and is passionate about helping people experience the great food.He gave me and my two boys custard samples and then took special care when I said I have a gluten allergy due to Celiac Disease. He brought ingredient boxes out so I could verify that it was safe for me to eat. I wasn't expecting a fast food place to take Celiac so seriously.Then he brought out toys for my kids and even offered to take a picture for us. This kind of service went above and beyond and was so appreciated after a long day of driving on our road trip.Freddy's is lucky to have him. He needs to train all of your employees across the company. “I used my company card to pay for my meal and forgot to ask for a receipt. I live 1.5 hours away so called the next day and asked if they could look up the transaction from the night before and email it. The manager (Lance) stayed on the phone with me until he found my order and the email went through. He pretty easily could've told me I was out of luck and went on with his day. I appreciate his willingness to go the extra for a customer.“
“One of the better mcdonalds I've been to. The staff is friendly and lively and they usually get your order right. Mistakes are bound to happen occasionally though. Prices are what you would expect at a mcdonalds, no surprises. Facilities are generally clean and well maintained. Drive through line moves fairly fast.“
“Absolutely incredible experience, the staff was attentive and helpful with recommendations. Dining area was clean and a comfortable temperature. Food was cooked to perfection and our nachos even came out with a cute face on it (which delighted our kids). Best Applebee's I've ever been to, would highly recommend!“
