Audrey is the cake decorator and did an amazing job, and due to the nature of me buying the cake, she brought me to tears with her love and kindness. There is a fund raiser for her family due to home and vehicle loss. Go to the Great Bend Dairy Queen and show this young lady some love.“
“Store is starting to show its age a bit, though still clean and shows care. It is just getting a bit worn and tired.That being said, the staff is hard working, competent and friendly. They have a lunch buffet, that is kept well stocked with a variety of pies, pasta, breadsticks and salad.We are repeat customers and routinely have a good dining experience.“
“The food is amazing, but Brooke made the meal special. He was so warm and inviting and I could tell he LOVES what Freddy's stands for and is passionate about helping people experience the great food.He gave me and my two boys custard samples and then took special care when I said I have a gluten allergy due to Celiac Disease. He brought ingredient boxes out so I could verify that it was safe for me to eat. I wasn't expecting a fast food place to take Celiac so seriously.Then he brought out toys for my kids and even offered to take a picture for us. This kind of service went above and beyond and was so appreciated after a long day of driving on our road trip.Freddy's is lucky to have him. He needs to train all of your employees across the company. I would come back to this location just to experience his kindness again.Dietary restrictions: They have a separate gluten free food prep area and will make the burgers as a lettuce wrap.“

Our hamburgers, BLT and sides were hot and delicious.Vegetarian options: Limited to salads and sides.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of TVs, an under 12 menu and metal walls to examine.Parking: It's kind of a jumbled space and maybe difficult to access if the cars in the drive-through are blocking the parking lot“
