Went through the drive thru to pick up an order, I was told that it was still in the oven and that they would bring it to me when it's done. I was sitting at the window for what feels like 20 minutes , no one came back so I decided to go inside and low and behold my order is just sitting in the portal. They weren't even busy so this is very unprofessional.

Like it, love it, inhaled it! Then removed it with a very healthy BM not long afterwards. Super pumped to discover that there's a Little Caesars in Hays finally! Bout damned time there is a DELICIOUS & most importantly, AFFORDABLE pizza joint in Hays...Domino's may meet the affordable category but I'd rather chew wet cardboard than eat their pizza. & Sure, Pizza Hut is delicious but unless you are a CEO of a fortune 500 company, good luck affording eating there once or more a week! So now we have affordability, edibility, & down right dilicioubility with the king of everything Pizza... Little Caesars Pizza! Keep up the good work LC's!Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchairs are allowed to roll in the vicinity of Little Caesars Pizza. They gladly accept money from the wheeled community especially if it's of the chaired variety! So wheel on y'all!

We came in town, and after swimming at our hotel, we were in the mood for pizza. I placed the order here before reading the reviews. After placing the order, I noticed the reviews and got nervous, but it was already ordered. I figured if it was terrible, we would grab something else. Man, we were so surprised and thrilled with our order. It is yummy, hot, fast, and the toppings were generous. 2 happy parents, 3 happy kids, and all were fed for under $25. Can't beat that. Would come again!

The easy bake ovens work over time here and the doors need to stay locked so they don’t cool off. Unless you can’t afford any other pizza then I guess go here if time is no issue.

The pizza is not worth the bad to non existent service. On my most recent visit, the door was locked despite the sign saying "open" and the lights being on. Tried calling to see if someone could open the door for us, but no one answered. Do yourself a favor and go to literally any other pizza place in town.
Extremely rude employee answering the phone March 25. Answered without saying a word, dead silence. After long pause, "what do you want?" Told him never mind, we'll order elsewhere.
