We went through the drive-through the gal at the window that evening was very Polite, Focused yet Cheerful and playful at the same time. She also indicated she would be making our food as well. Our food was hot and fresh.

Place was some what busy then all of the sudden all the staff quit but Destiny and Tanner stuck it out got our orders out and made sure we were taken care two people with two days on the job no clue what to do when the manager quit but still took care of us thank you guys dinner was greatParking: Good parking

Walked in and by a counter employee was not acknowledged, and the guy in the back of the service line blew his nose into the palm of his hand, no gloves and was handling food. The exterior of this building was not clean, and it was unclear if they were open.
Nope. Doesn't even look open most of the time. They don't take care of the grounds or outside. The ice cream machine doesn't work. It looks frightening when driving through the drive through that they actually might still be serving food out of this building. There might be one car in the back parking lot occasionally. There is "Help Wanted" posted out front for years now. I'm not sure they are open for business. Looks deserted.

Used the drive through ordered 2 dinners and instead got 4 orders of French fries, 1 cheese burger, 1 fish sandwich and 3 shrimp. Traveling through stopped for something quick to eat, fill up and hit the road. Called the store with the only remark is we can remake it for you. How about refunding the difference?

Menu board prices are hars to read for starters. Werent able to ring in our order at the menu had to do it at the window. A man ran up from the back losing his mind about not not having the chicken tenders my daughter ordered (2pc kids meal, which was an ordeal itself just trying to order). We agreed to a substitution, then they said actually they do have the A&W tenders. We finish our order and pay. After recieving our food we got:A kids meal with lukewarm pieces of long johns battered chicken instead of the A&W tenders we ordered.A slider meal with cold dry chicken and soggy buns.A kids meal burger with a stale bun and dry patty.An extra LJS box with 2, cold and dry A&W tenders (presumingly the ones for the kids meal) and a scoop of cold fries.Never again will I visit this location. I STRONGLY recommend anyone in the area to select any other restaurant on your way by.Absolutely terrible execution of an otherwise fool proof menu.
