3x-4x the amount of Mac sauce needed was used on my sandwich which made it completely unappetizing. Burger patties were hours old. Fries were cold and were only filled 2/3 of the way. All this and more only after sitting in their drive thru over 15 minutes. You figured the extra wait won’t be bad as the food will probably be hot and fresh… It’s never a different story here inside either. I should probably add I used to work for McDonalds back in high school and have impeccable expectations when it comes to restaurants in general, but especially McDonalds! You never know who’s watching!

Get rid of your split drive-thru or train employees to take orders - wait for it - in order. Just about every time I’m told to wait and while I’m waiting another car pulls up to the other stall and they get service. My only option to avoid waiting on someone else is to then pull forward and order at the window, while receiving dirty looks from the employees.

I just wish I knew why everytime I order specificaly 2 quarter lb patties with cheese only. No bun or anything else. They always put it on lettuce. I never ask for lettuce, it tastes like chemicals.
They can't get your order right and the food was made wrong. They used the go to we are short staffed.

Do not under any circumstances go during the afternoon. There manager is a lady from I assume Haiti or something similar who is an absolute nightmare. She belittle's her staff and makes it extremely difficult to fix your order. Even when you get your order it will more then likely still be wrong because the staff is in survival mode and just trying to get her off there back. I as well as many other people believe I'd rather you take a little time and get it right and have a happy and friendly staff to be greeted by. The morning crew is awesome especially there manager who will make and check your order. I'll only eat breakfast at this location from now on until that curse of an establishment is lifted or reeducated.
