This is a wonderful bistro with a comfortable atmosphere! The food was excellent, and our server and the chef helped me mix and match for the perfect vegetarian meal. When my husband and I return to Hays, we’ll definitely make this restaurant our go-to place for a delicious meal.

Tried the turkey apple sandwich with chips and a pickle, it was really good at reminded me of a fancy grown up better version of the sack lunches we got on field trips as a kid! The two ladies who were working were super nice and the atmosphere is nice to sit in.

The place looks lovely and there was even live music as we stepped in. Unfortunately, we timed our arrival based on the information saying that they close at 11pm, but the kitchen was closed at 8:30pm. The waitress was sweet, suggesting alternatives and pointing us in that direction but we couldn’t help but feeling disappointed

The red pepper gouda soup and turkey brie and apple sandwich. It is as delicious as it sounds. The cheesecake offerings were sensational. Wine Slushies! Quick and friendly service! Local products. If I lived here I would be here everyday.
