We were traveling through Hays and found this great place for dinner and drinks! Amazing service and well done beer/drinks.We started with the onion blossom which was lightly battered (little heavey on the pepper) and good ranch. Then ordered the Trio N.Y.O. This was a nice stop for dinner while traveling across the country. The service is fast and very friendly. My Old Fashion was excellent. Dinner was good. My only complaint is that the pricing is a bit high, but it's like that everywhere now.

Nothing short of exceptional from Hays. Seth was our waiter, and he was beyond phenomenal. Food was HOT, fresh, and delicious.I had one of the mac and cheese dishes, fried mishrooms, and my husband had the Reuben.A must try if you are in the area, just save us a seat!
