I do like the food and convenience. However, I have NEVER been to this restaurant and gotten fresh french fries. Always cold and limp. It doesn’t matter if you are first in line at drive thru or have to wait. Food orders are cold at times, as well and no ice in drinks. However, the biggest complaint is the french fries! That’s the best part of the meal!
Always cold!! Always! Ugh.
I do like the food. however about 50% of the time our food is cold. Just picked up our food, its 12:30, drive thru packed. Surely our food will be at minimum warm. Nope. Cold limp fries, cold quarter pounder with a stale bun. Cheese half off the sandwich. I worked fast food in high school 35 years ago and we got our butts chewed if this happened. Things come too easy today. How about pride in your work? Is that a thing anymore??
