Ask the guy on the phone when they would have a drive back because I’ve called 3 days in a row and no drive so just asked out of curiosity and he gave me a plain idk and then I explained why I asked and he hit me with the okay basically saying idc but every other experience has been great beside this one and the dude. So yeah 3 stars is what I give you guys but really after that it should’ve been 1.
I love Jimmy Johns so much but you need to find better management!! We go there weekly and spend like $40 bucks here..but after our experience today, we won't be for awhile. You short us half of our order, we call to tell you, you make us come back and then asks us for a receipt. Calls us liars and told us to "calm down".. This was an online order for pickup, you have the receipt..

This used to be my favorite place for sandwiches. I loved that they delivered! I recently found out they third party deliver after a certain time so after that time they no longer accept cash.
