I will no longer be going to Jimmy John’s from what I have experienced with this establishment. Not only did they refuse service, but did not meet the expectations of overall atmosphere and food preparation. The workers there seem to be not wanting to work and rather be on their phone than give service to their customers. They said there wasn’t enough bread yet somehow bread would manifest for pickup and online orders.

My buddy got a sandwich earlier and he got a tasty sauce also known as saliva and then he got sick do too the women vaping inside yalls walk-in and then saw us walk in so I think the GENERAL MANAGER should fire all the employees that worked tonight for being rude to everyone in the store.

Okay so I have a problem with this sandwich shop. I have had great experiences here in the past but now I just can't be a part of it. We walk in and the snotty girl at the register tells me they can not serve a group of 9 because they don't have enough bread. This obviously hurt my feelings but I was like you know whatever it's alright I'm not gonna let this minor inconvenience drag me down. We then went to arbys who had absolutely amazing service so go there. Then as we are walking out they are vaping in the store and looking at us. They proceed to ask if we like birds and flip us off. All while smiling and laughing I will never be back in this establishment for as long as I live. Snot nose white women.

This place refused to serve my group even though the entire restaurant was empty. They proceeded to tell us 3 different stories. They were all on their phones in the back of the kitchen while vaping.I took my time out of the day to put in my order online since they said that’s the only way they make sandwich’s. They proceeded to flip me off while entering my vehicle. I will not be visiting here again.

If I could rate it a zero I would but I cannot so instead I’ll leave the most disappointed review I’ve ever left in my life. I have tried many different sandwich places and I can say the service at a subway in the worst parts of a city are better than the workers at this jimmy johns. We were starving after putting in hours of practice and work and where only a measly group of 28. Half of which didn’t even go to that jimmy johns. Less than 14 people actually even entered the establishment. They absolutely refused to serve us just because we were a group meanwhile the businesses everywhere else were happy to serve and give us the upmost support and customer service. Shame on you jimmy John’s you lost the loyal customers of the cardinal country.
Atmosphere was terrible, the manager was rude and not understanding. They have limited food and are not prepared to serve their customers. But the Arby’s next to it was very welcoming.

They wouldn’t serve us because “groups have to call ahead” when it was 9 people and we all happen to be in college band. Jimmy John’s can’t serve 9 people that know each other. Next time call ahead to reserve your bread.

This used to be my favorite place for sandwiches. I loved that they delivered! I recently found out they third party deliver after a certain time so after that time they no longer accept cash. I'm sorry, I feel like Jimmy johns being sandwich deliver dine in and take out is kind of the entire business model and to allow third party's like Uber eats to deliver for them is a little irresponsible on their part. As an avid consumer who enjoyed getting deliveries from people who actually worked at Jimmy johns I'm beyond disappointed that they let this job go to a third party.

Past 2 orders they have forgotten items, called to get missing items and they wanted to give a credit. I asked for my item because I won’t be ordering again. One of the sandwiches has a minimal amount of meat on it. Just bread and veggies, service has been ridiculous.
