Service was a little slow, but we came on a Monday at 1 pm. for lunch.Got pulled pork sandwhich and the lunch special with the pulled pork potato and the wings with the split hickory sauce.The split hickory was so good! She explained it being a little bit spicy, but I did not think it was at all!Ceilings need dustedFries were great!The sandwich was grilled with the inside of the bread being still toasted and crunchy. To start off, we were seated right away. Absolutely no wait at all. Then our waitress came immediately and had our drinks within a minute. We got smoky queso and chips for the appetizer and it was LOADED!!! Very yummy! Within 10 minutes, we had out hot, delicious food. The meats were all very tender and flavorful, including the chicken and pulled pork- awesome!! In the past we had had a couple not so great experiences here, but tonight was exceptional!!

Rib Crib in Hutch has turned out to be our favorite place when we dine out because of the staff. Sabrina is the best waitress in town! We have had other servers there and I we have had a pleasant experience each time. The food is great too!
