Rib Crib in Hutch has turned out to be our favorite place when we dine out because of the staff. Sabrina is the best waitress in town! We have had other servers there and I we have had a pleasant experience each time. The food is great too!

Service was a little slow, but we came on a Monday at 1 pm. for lunch.Got pulled pork sandwhich and the lunch special with the pulled pork potato and the wings with the split hickory sauce.The split hickory was so good! She explained it being a little bit spicy, but I did not think it was at all!Ceilings need dustedFries were great!The sandwich was grilled with the inside of the bread being still toasted and crunchy. So yummy!Ranch was super yummy, but a little too liquidy.Water tasted like tap, but soda was good !$30 for two people for lunchTook about an hourGood music playing!Family there is a changing station and highchairs.No kids' menu that I saw.Accessibility ♿️: 2/5 parking right by the front. Tables aren't a great height. No automatic doors. Bathroom is small. Outside seating would not accommodate wheel chair.Vegetarian options: Little to nothing vegetarian. To start off, we were seated right away. Absolutely no wait at all. Then our waitress came immediately and had our drinks within a minute. We got smoky queso and chips for the appetizer and it was LOADED!!! Very yummy! Within 10 minutes, we had out hot, delicious food. The meats were all very tender and flavorful, including the chicken and pulled pork- awesome!! In the past we had had a couple not so great experiences here, but tonight was exceptional!!

Management is completely rude. My family has never had rib crib, and we were wanting to order a family pack, so I called in to see if there was any promos or specials, or maybe an online promo code. The manager laughed, then got a super cold tone like he doesn't give a hoot and can't believe I called to ask that, and said no and then hung up on me before I could ask any other questions.
The pulled pork was cool but tasted good. The service was excellent my server was on top of it.

This place was quiet, clean, provided good quality food, and the service was as good. We were greeted and seated upon arrival and got service immediately after. Our waitress was attentive, and got our orders in right away. The food was great, and everything came out as ordered. The food temperature was good and it was fresh. Great atmosphere overall, we were asked several times how our food was and the staff overall was courteous. The two things I wish they had are a daily special something that offers value and good taste and then I would love to see them have a self checkout kiosk on the tables similar to some other restaurants I've visited. These two additional things are just ways to offer more quality and better convenience. Great first visit and I would recommend a top choice for the Hutchinson area if you're looking for good food and great value.

My husband and I just had RibCrib for the first time. We don’t expect it to be the last. The food was good, especially the salad, fries, and the sweet and smoky baked beans. The inside was cold, but we took advantage of a nice evening outside in the patio seating section.The best part, which triggered the review, was the service. Our waiter, Cody, was exceptional! He talked through the sauces, shared his favorite menu items, made sure we had extra napkins without being ask, was observant of our needs but mostly was proactive so we didn’t have any needs. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a fulfilling experience and was very personable.We look forward to enjoying RibCrib again in the future and hope to make it back to this one sometime to dine in Cody’s section.
