The manager there is always rude to customers. Everytime I go in there she never smiles and makes rude comments. I asked where one goes when they have made a mobile order, the young lady told me I could go to the window or stand to the side and let them know. I explained to her that the window was blocked and when I stood to side by and said hi to the twice the manager looked at me and then looked away, she then walkeed away. The young lady apologized. strange, unhygienic employees. bearded guy asked me “what’s with the face mask?” as I was checking out. what do you mean what’s with the face mask? COVID didn’t just disappear??? not sure if he had the tism or what. also, the pretzels were undercooked.

Horrible service!! I waited in line. I was last in the line, when i got to the front to order, i was next to order, and i was not even acknowledged. They allowed someone to walk in behind me and order. I looked at them like i was next and nothing, cashier wouldn't even look at me. Sad!!!
