They don't track who orders what and they'll hand your order off to the wrong person, and forget to remake your order. Then when you're frustrated because you've been waiting for your order again they act like you're a problem.Don't waste your time and money here, go to any other snack food spot here.

They tend to close early usually up to an hour so if you arrive at 7:00 don't expect anything. Also the pretzels at this location are subpar compared to other locations.

Horrible service!! I waited in line. I was last in the line, when i got to the front to order, i was next to order, and i was not even acknowledged. They allowed someone to walk in behind me and order. I looked at them like i was next and nothing, cashier wouldn't even look at me. Sad!!!

TERRIBLE customer service, pretzels were supposed to be ready in 10 min, came back after the 10 minutes for them to tell me NOW 15 minutes.

The manager there is always rude to customers. Everytime I go in there she never smiles and makes rude comments. I asked where one goes when they have made a mobile order, the young lady told me I could go to the window or stand to the side and let them know. I explained to her that the window was blocked and when I stood to side by and said hi to the twice the manager looked at me and then looked away, she then walkeed away. The young lady apologized. The manager then decided to yell out at me "can't you see we are busy, if you would have said something we would have helped" which I replied yes and I said hi twice and you walked away. "We are busy! I was being blamed for them ignoring me. I could tell the young lady was very uncomfortable and felt extremely sorry for her. I did tell the manager that abusive people alwaya blame the victim. She then ordered me out of the store. I never raised my voice, I didn't demand free food, I simply asked a question so I would know what to do in future and her response was unacceptable.

strange, unhygienic employees. bearded guy asked me “what’s with the face mask?” as I was checking out. what do you mean what’s with the face mask? COVID didn’t just disappear??? not sure if he had the tism or what. also, the pretzels were undercooked.

They need to update their website if they’re going to not have anything in stock. Literally only had 2 cups of normal pretzel bites and jalapeño pretzels left. REALLY unfortunate that they were even open with this little amount of stock.

Went to the store n it closed early its just 540pm n on the window it say different 3 employees in there cussing us out from the inside

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible service!The employees lack customer service skills, and I’ve tried several times to contact the store (no answer) to share the awful store experience I had.Customer service is key, you need to hire employees who can greet your paying customers, who can be kind, and who are professional!Your employees have very stank attitudes, and lack professionalism. You’ve got to do better as a business. I won’t be returning to this location EVER!!!
