This is the nastiest most ghetto dominos in north Kansas City it is unreal, so unfortunate because this is the closest one there is to my house, so if I want pizza I have to drive to the one in Gladstone or get Pizza Hut. My order was delivered to the wrong address, once I realized it and called the store a woman who claimed to be the store GM expressed that she can’t do anything about it even after I explained I order through my app and clicked the same address delivery that my saved order is always delivered too she said due to “safety reasons” she can’t refund me or even correct the issue. Order #452 was delivered promptly and the delivery person was friendly. The order was close ordered 2 pepperoni and 2 2 liters of coke. Got 1 cheese, 1 sausage and 1 2 liter of coke. But the Parmesan bites were correct.They did offer to remake it or give a refund. I told them to just adjust to total. We’ll see if that happens
