What great customer service! When I tried to balance too many things and they all ended up on the floor,they replaced my order at no charge, cleaned up the mess, and brought the order our table. They even added a cookie for each of us. Thank you very much!
We have frequented this location over the last few years and while we used to mostly carry out we have started dining in and every time we have the service has been above and beyond by far! The management staff is very personable and clearly willing to go the extra mile. Tonight when we came in it was the same expectation Jermain, James, and Jonathan were top notch. We were greeted upon entering and served quickly. It was our first time in so they gave us a tour of the menu. It was helpful in deciding between the great options. I tried the Cuban and it was outstanding. The ingredients are fresh and delicious. The bread is a great texture, not to hard but enough to keep the sandwich together.
