I ordered a part tray for Christmas Eve. When I arrived for pickup, the guy couldn't find my order. They only had my first name. I've been ordering the same party tray for the last several years. They finally located my order,when I got home I saw that I was given 3 square containers of jalapeños, black olives and banana peppers and 1 container of tomatoes pickles and onions. I had other things to do that day,so I didn't have time to contact them. Two of the condiment bottles the tops were not on tight. ( I'm glad I checked before refrigerating until later). I've always had great service when I ordered the sandwich trays. Next time I'll check before I leave the restaurant.

Staff wasn’t very nice and got annoyed when we asked for our sandwiches to be toasted but treated other customers who seemed to be regulars better but I probably won’t be returning

Service fast. But, overpriced. Got foot long with only turkey and cheese and one bag of chips, small bag. $16.52. Never never again. That’s the only dollars you get from me.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Got a whole 16 in sub. He wrapped each half individually which made it super convenient to save half for lunch the next day. Sub was really good

I love Goodcents. I eat it about once a week. I stopped by this location today because i was in the area instead of my usual location and boy was i disappointed. The first thing i noticed about the restaurant was how dirty it was. The cooler that holds all the meat and cheese was wide open when i walked in and remained that way as my sandwich artist put together my Italian. The sneeze guard looked as though it hadnt been cleaned in a year and was caked on both sides with grime. The condiment station had toppings spewed all over the place. Even the blinds, floors, and tables looked dirty. The proportions were way off as i only received a few slices of capicola and about a pound of pepperoni. When i asked for swiss cheese, the employee pulled out 2 pre-sliced pieces from the cooler and tore them so they would somewhat cover my 12inch sub. At the condiment station, i was given a half a jar of pickles, and when i asked for light mayo, recieved about a whole jar. When it came to slicing and packaging my meal, the employee lost about half the ingredients during slicing (due to all the extra mayo). I watched in horror as he tried to stuff everything back in between the bread making a mess of mustard and mayo on the outside of the sandwich and the wrapper. If you're going to eat at Goodcents, avoid this location at all costs

Don't eat there we got 4 sandwich over $50 and was sick and don't be in a hurry cause the workers don't want to be there either and the one guy who has to just heat up the sandwich is dirty looking just go across the street to subway

Got a 12 inch Italian sandwich from here yesterday. Staff was friendly, the sandwich was good. Highly recommend getting the black pepper bread with the sandwich.
