We recently ordered from the catering menu for the Health Dept. They went above and beyond to make sure our catering order was correct. They also accommodated my request to pick up the order before their restaurant was open, carried the order to my car, and helped me figure out the best spot to put the lasagna so it wouldn’t get tossed around. Their portions are large and we always end up with leftovers. Will continue to order from them for our catering needs!
An unusual story but highlights the owners customer service extraordinaire. I had a snafu experience but when I called to rectify the issue the owner answered the phone. Not only did he walk me through the process to fix the issue, he sent a new order, very adamantly sent desserts that weren't on my order, and also wrote a hand written note to apologize. 1,000% the small things restored my faith in humans. Usually great food, and we est here often. However, last week we were 100% dissatisfied! First, the entire meal was late, they had to substitute knots for garlic bread, waited forever and the calzone had literally one piece of meat about 1"x1.5" and what looked like a mozzarella stick for cheese. The meal was gross, late, over cooked and not what we ordered or paid for. So disappointed. Since it is a long drive we regularly make I doubt we will be returning. $34 meal wasted.
