This store has the worst customer service! I have placed multiple large catering orders (unfortunately limited options in this area) and this store never fails to be a problem! They are always late, bring the wrong items, and most of all are super rude! I call to confirm the order is on the way when running late and am placed on long holds repeatedly by snappy people who act like they can't find my order!Delivery drivers usually nice though

I bought 2 bowls of chicken noodle soup for over 8 dollars each. It was not a full bowl, it had 3 carrots, 5 noodles a couple morsels of chicken and all broth.. what kind of bowl of soup is that… first of all it was a cup. 8 oz to be exact

This is by far one of the worst restaurants from which I've ordered or had the displeasure of using. This location gave us expired food with the expiration date tags highlighted in yellow plastered across the expired items.

Your staff is unprofessional, disengaged and non communicative. They do not acknowledge customers who are waiting for long periods of time. Not sure if the food is being cooked over a bonfire or what but this store is a joke to say y’all are located in Crown Center. Y’all need to clean house in here! Management is highly unprofessional. As I was ordering today an employee passed out and was unresponsive, one manager immediately helped her whilst telling the other manager Casy to call security, Casy proceeds to say “What is security going to do”. Instead of being insensitive, she should’ve called security, ambulance, whomever. Very poor management, will not be coming back.
