They refuse to accept cards at the drive through after a certain time. They never have a reason why, the same man who answers only says “hello, cash only”. This has happened twice already. Laziness and terrible customer service.

I got sick from the food, I should've followed my first mind & left. The employee acted like I was wasting there time by fixing my food--- but hurried to chat with the lady after me., on a personal level. I've been coming here for years but not now. Store was dirty & food left out for to long.

The staff were very distracted with joking around to help me with my order. The worker, I think her name is jayme, didn’t even ask if I wanted 6 in or ft long. She said she didn’t think a melt could come in a 6 in. She acted so confused by this order. Then after it was done cooking in the brown bag (which seemed weird) she took it out with tongs and gave me napkins(which I did ask for btw) she then held my hand with her dirty gloved hand and gently placed the non-wrapped sandwich in a brown paper bag in my hand as if instructing me to be careful so the sandwich doesn’t fall apart. The whole store was unprofessional but she was the worst. Not coming back here again.
