Staff seems angry to be there or respond to a request. The floor is so sticky you can hardly move. Patrons are dwindling because this place is crumbling. Will say the night staff is lovely. The drive thru keeps this place in business. Do better please…

I’ve been going to this Wendy’s for literally years, has always been amazing (I’ve even tipped employees for being so wonderful and fast) but on March 11th 2024 at 3:41pm, I drove up to the box, no response (usually I would have waited, but I ordered online and was just picking up pre-paid order), so I pulled around to the window, the guy who opened the window was very polite, asked how he could help, so I explained ‘yes sir, I ordered online, just picking up’, and he turned to start gathering my items, this emotional disaster stormed up demanding to know what was going on, after he explained that I ordered online and was picking up, she came to the window and started yelling at me to go park since I didn’t want to wait for her on the speaker-box, I tried to explain that I did wait before coming to the window but she kept cutting me off by yelling at me. So I cut my truck off and asked for someone else to speak to, she looked me in the eyes and said ‘your moms a hoe’ before slamming the window and trying to take photos of me on her personal phone. Other employees that would try to intervene, she yelled at as well, so I assume she’s a manager of some sort. She finally came back to the window, with a totally different personality (being passive aggressive) ‘how may I help you’ and I repeated myself on trying to pick a order up that I had already paid for, so once again she started yelling at me to ‘get out her line’, when I asked for my food again she laughed and said she’s going to go make sure everything’s made right, then slammed the window and walked out of sight. After hearing that, I’ll never again eat here with the thought of her playing with my food always in my mind. Caucasian woman, mid 30s (I assume) kind of heavy-set build, refused to give me a name so that’s the best I can describe her.Checked my dash-cam and it picked up the audio (video just shows the front of my truck in the drive thru) of this interaction very clearly.

Understaffed or something. Be ready to wait. I need to stop trying to use this location. I always have to wait longer at this location than the other 2 in the area. Today, their app wouldn't let me order breakfast before 10:30am, and when I tried to go in and order, they made me wait 5 minutes wherein which they switched to lunch and we're done making breakfast. I stood there all that time and watched them prepping the lunch, which I get, but I still left without ordering.

This Wendy's is fine but all Wendy's are bad. They don't serve veggie burgers. They don't even have a fish sandwich. What am I supposed to chomp on, a freaking baked potato? I don't eat anything that used to walk around.

Every time we come here the person talking in drive through is so rude. Like we are inconveniencing them just by showing up. AND it never fails something is wrong with the order EVERY time.
When your out in this horrific weather and stop at Wendy’s so you don’t get stuck ONLY to get HOME and there cores and brown spots throughout your salad. Pissed me
