I was doing a pick up for Uber. I told the lady that I was really thirsty if I can get a drink and she said I had to pay for it which usually they’ll give you a drink, but she was very rude and gave me a dirty look after she said I had to pay for and she walked away not good customer service at all.

My food has always been fine from this location, but I miss the older gentleman who used to work the drive thru in the mornings. There have been one of two women working it for the past month or so, and both are just rude. I always try to be polite with servers/restaurant staff, but you just can't get these people to be simply polite. I always say thank you, but I'm used to also being told thank you. A friendly greeting can go a long way too. If your job has you as the point of interaction with the public, don't be rude.

Used the drive-thru. Got my food home. Tea tasted and smelled like BLEACH. Called immediately, a full hour before closing. No one would pick up. Don’t want anyone else drinking POISON, so I tried a few times. No answer. Oh well, just hurt someone and close your doors already then.Eat here, get poisoned.Fries are still trash too. Old ones were better. At least they’re not made of bleach, though.
The pretzel bun for the burger was ice cold when handed to me.

Went in for a late lunch after a long doctor's appointment. The drive-thru worker couldn't hear me. It sounded chaotic in there. So she didn't get my whole order until I got to the window and acted like it was my fault. She was kind of rude, really. The food was hot at least and tasted okay.
