Went in for a late lunch after a long doctor's appointment. The drive-thru worker couldn't hear me. It sounded chaotic in there. So she didn't get my whole order until I got to the window and acted like it was my fault. She was kind of rude, really. The food was hot at least and tasted okay.

My food has always been fine from this location, but I miss the older gentleman who used to work the drive thru in the mornings. There have been one of two women working it for the past month or so, and both are just rude. I always try to be polite with servers/restaurant staff, but you just can't get these people to be simply polite. I always say thank you, but I'm used to also being told thank you.
