“Very busy on Saturday afternoon at 4 pm so we decided to wait until Sunday morning to avoid the crowds. Sunday morning around 11:20 was perfect! Great service and the waitress gave us guidance on ordering to avoid gluten cross contamination due to celiac disease. My daughter, who has Celiac, ordered the BLT lettuce wrap and it was amazing along with a side salad with a vinaigrette dressing. I ordered a burger on a gluten free bun, which was perfectly done. “Towns Pub is one of those iconic local pubs city dwellers hope to find then inhabit. First name basis for regulars and they remember your favorite dish. Friendly banter and people greeting friends as they come in. Food is good old fashioned flavorful well portioned goodness. Thursday night specials rotate between meatloaf and roast of beef open faced with potato. Personally, I enjoy the double cheeseburger with crispy fries. A good place for real food at reasonable prices. Forget the overpriced places with small portions and go experience the Towne Pub!“

Much better interaction. I tipped 55%.4/25/2024The food was 10 out of 10, very affordable, and a good portion size.Called in a pick up order at 8am. The phone call was pleasant and quick to order. Arrived absolutely no one greeted saying hello. There were plenty of servers and a hostess around. Usually, I overtip. But based on the in person interaction. No tip. As I was leaving a pleasant young lady with dark brown hair, told me to have a good day with a smile. If I picked my order up from her, I would've tipped her well. I recommend taking the time to say hello to incoming customers. Make the customer feel more welcome.“

However, I ordered a burger done rare, and my friend ordered theirs medium rare. Both came out well done.I proceeded to order another burger to take home for my father, also ordered rare. It was well done too. While not a huge issue as the food was still delightful, it was a bit upsetting. Why offer it different ways if it isn't going to be done correctly?“

“Took a lady on a first date and chose this because we were walking the area. The food was great and we drew our server as Javad was super attentive, even while training. The only downside was the level of music while trying to talk across the table. I’m sure if I’d have though to bring it up to our server, he would have handled that for us as well.“
