To say the service & quality is trash, is an understatement. For one it makes no sense to place an order online to still have to wait as long as I did. I come inside hoping to get better service & dude seriously went outside the building with someone else’s food, came back in & grabbed my food without gloves & looked at me crazy when I asked that he get me a new order of fries after he washes his hands. Had an attitude & proceeded to roll his eyes. This location ALWAYS proves me right that the BK’s in Lawrence are irredeemable!

Ice cream machine was out and they couldnt edit the order or just replace it with something at same cost, I had to go on the support web chat and cancel my order for a 5-10 day refund which in turn didn't allow me to reorder because of low money.

My experience with this restaurant comes from my Son's Employment. To those that need to be warned. Please heed the warning.The first red flag I saw was when the manager at the time requested that a SSN card be sent via text message for employment verification.Next red flag was the exuberant long delay in getting everything in order for "first day"Final Red flag was for time off request that were being ignored or completely disregarded.Situation #1 One asked for time off. They blatantly ignored it and we rescheduled our trip.Situation #2 My son failed to request that time off and elected to work. After those events.Situation #3 It's my understanding that they did not want to allow my son time off for Graduation Party or Graduation and decided to end employment at that juncture. Now granted I was not privy entirely to the conversation around this topic. The first 2 topics I was very much privy to and does lead a little bit of credence to on going bad behavior from management.If you plan to work here please be warned.
