My portion sizes were extremely small. Asking for extra seemed like such an inconvenience. I didn't feel right paying for what I got but did because I didn't want to cause a scene. Really disappointing

My bowl came out fresh and flavorful, the employees were attentive and very quick!Definitely one of the best Chipotle locations I've been to!Parking: The best place to park is in the lot behind, which is a free 2 hour lot(or half free 2hr, half meter). Out front is metered and costs more if you want to dine in, better for quick pickup of to-go orders.

I got a bowl there Sept 3, 2023 and it was a total waste of $10: a little cold rice and meat, they forgot the salsa, and "veggies" option consisted of two slices of onion and three sad pieces of green pepper. Total burrito bowl maybe would have filled an 8 oz cup. After reading some of the other reviews, I guess I'll just be glad if we don't get sick from the unsanitary conditions. I wouldn't eat there again if it were free.

The Union busting stuff was out of line for Chipotle and the reason I refused to return after my maternity leave. That and the change in management I immediately heard was too toxic. Natasha or whatever her name is has never been anything but rude and fussy whenever I see her. German if you’re reading this I hope you get fired and you’re never able to take a leadership position ever again. He once rudely stopped me from giving a homeless man a small side of cheese and a small bag of chips. You’re not management worthy.
Staff is super friendly, but this location consistently is out of something every time I go and the employees don’t really seem to make an effort to replace those items.

I ordered the quesadilla hack online, because that’s the only way you can get it, for it to show up at my door looking like a burrito bowl. Mind you I used 1650 of my points to get it and it doesn’t even come correct! Customers service wants to give me a free guacamole and chip! No I want my points back!!! This chipotle is the worst chipotle in Lawrence, KS. I always am getting the wrong things when ordering form this chipotle. I think it’s time to shut the Mass St chipotle down. Music outside is insanely loud. Most off putting thing ever and completely turns me off from walking down mass st because of how it makes my ears bleed.
