I could taste the love that was put into making that cookie. I cannot wait to visit the store and try all the cookies!

I tried once again to love the cookies that I used to love, but simply cannot! The cookie dough is great, but their sugar cookie frosting has been changed! I do not like the creamy based frosting (over-loaded vanilla taste). Used to be great frosting and loved it...but not anymore!

Eileen's Cookies are my weakness! Never a cookie you wouldn't enjoy and savor! I love them all. Eileen also specialize in making large custom ordered cookies for all special events. I had one made as a marble for my grandson. He and I had just visited a marble factory and watched marbles being made. When I presented him with his special marble cookie he had the biggest grin! Wow absolutely the best cookie company ever. Let me tell you about my experience with Eileen's Collosal Cookie Co in Lawrence, Kansas. I needed a big cookie birthday cake for my son's 21st birthday so I called them now I'm 1200 miles away in Virginia and my son is stationed in Fort Riley Kansas well when I called I had no idea that they were an hour and half away from him but all I knew was that when I called the Manhattan Kansas location no one answered the phone and when I called Lawrence location Peyton answered and was super helpful and courteous 5 star service. He took my order and promised to send me a picture of the finished product and he did exactly what he said he was going to do. Thanks Peyton. Well it was to be picked up at 4 on Saturday well his wife went to pick it up thinking I had ordered it from the Manhattan store and I quickly found out that I had called Lawrence. Well to make a long story short Leigh in Lawrence store assured me that it was not a problem and promptly sealed and put the cake in the fridge to be picked up on Monday. It all worked out perfectly. Plus the Manhattan Kansas location fixed a big cookie cake for my daughter in law that was also perfect and delicious. Customer service that is this good and can satisfy a customer 1200 miles away from them with a 5 star rating deserves your business. We get so many compliments on them and guests feel it is a very special treat!I love going into the store because everyone Rebecca has working there is so friendly and positive! They are very efficient so even if there is a line, they move through it quickly. Even if I have to wait a bit, I just enjoy seeing all their creative decorated cookies. There is always something new to make you smile. I know personally that Rebecca does a number of things to give back to the community so I feel this is truly a neighborhood bakery!I would highly recommend Eileen’s Collosal Cookies! Be sure and ask about their cookie card! It’s a true bargain!

That's right, these mutant cookies. I say that with all the respect in the world. Are nothing less than heavenly. If you don't leave with a smile on your face. Check your pulse. They got some gluten-free stuff as well. Or was it all that way ?? Ok, I digress, go get yours. They are like Baskin-Robbins! How, you ask? The flavors are endless! Thanks for my lemon cookie.

Priced well! We paid $2 for each of our cookies which should be normal but these days you just expect everything to be so expensive. We were happy to see fair pricing. I got the double lemon and it was pretty good! It wasn’t over the top with lemon and there was lots of frosting, both of which I think most people like. I’m kind of a lemon head and I don’t usually eat processed sugars so I would of liked more flavor and less sugar but I think it was delicious. The service was less than average. An older/middle aged woman with stick straight hair approached us as she voiced to the back that she was gonna need help. She was short and straight to the point with us. It almost seemed like we were a bother. I noticed the gloves she was using to handle our bare cookies were the same ones she used at the register and to tuck her hair behind her ear.
