Rereview. Used to be five stars. I don't know what's happened but this place is simply not worth it from my past few experiences. Got biscuits and gravy with potatoes and eggs. Biscuits were okay but gravy was the worst gravy I've had. Watery with no seasoning. Potatoes were undercooked and also had no seasoning. The egg was at least cooked properly, but I won't be coming back here.

Server was prompt and courteous! I ordered the Barbacoa chilaquiles bowl! It was very delicious! The tortilla chips should be strips not whole chips and there was to much bean juice!

The Brooklyn Breakfast sandwich was the breakfast sandwich I didn't know I needed in life. The saltiness of the meat paired well with the creaminess of the egg yolk and the richness of the cheese! Excellent!! The Traditional breakfast was great. Perfectly crispy bacon, eggs were on point, and the toast and potatoes were fantastic. Definitely recommend!!

Cool place but the salmon egg benedict was one of the worst dishes I have had in Lawrence, Kansas and for 18$???

It was very cold the day I went and every single patron ate with their coats on inside the restaurant. The food was excellent, and I will go back on a warmer day. ?

The Floridian French Toast was amazing (had it twice now with some hot chocolate). No wait to be seated even around noon.

Have typically loved going to First Watch in the past absolutely our favorite place. This time we didn’t receive the service we typically do. The waitstaff was pretty-occupied with eachother. When we checked out they were so engrossed in their own conversation they didn’t say one word to us while we paid. Just much different than we’ve had in the past.

A great family friendly eatery with reliable food options. My personal favorite is the Bacado - a bacon avocado omelette. I like that they have the option of potatoes or dressed greens as the sides. My biggest complaint is that I think the corporation might be doing through an identity crisis to stay relevant with newer options such as “million dollar bacon” and quinoa bowls. My personal opinion is to do what you do really, really well instead of branching out into trendy options!

I almost never go out to eat. But when I do, First Watch is at the top of the list of places my family and I like to go for breakfast. In my personal experience, being treated to First Watch's professional service is a fantastic way to start the day.
