I order from Jersey Mike's every once in a while and my experience has always been pleasant. I usually order in the app and pick it up and have never really had any issues. I think the only thing that ever was wrong was that they gave me the wrong size cup on accident which I told them about and they apologized and gave me the correct cup size. Really have no complaints. Great restaurant!
Dustin is very kind and helpful. He took the time out to help with “IT” issues. Not too many people are willing to take the time to assist. I hope his supervisor knows how amazing he is. Dustin - I appreciate you.

It’s a regular spot for me and my family cause the food is great usually. But today I bit into a piece of glass. I called the store but they didn’t really know what to do. I’m shocked and unsettled but don’t want others to get hurt please be careful.
